High Holiday Babysitting & Tot Services
Beth El will offer babysitting for children from 3 months – 5 years of age on both days of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur. The charge for daytime babysitting is $3.50 per child per day with a maximum charge of $25 per family. We will also offer babysitting at no charge for Erev Rosh Hashanah and Kol Nidre services.
We are pleased that ”Miss Patty” Nogg will again be leading special Tot Services on the first day of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur for 3-5 year olds. She will lead the children in songs, stories and activities appropriate for the High Holy days. These services will be held in the Chapel from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. on the first day of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur. There is no charge to attend but an adult must accompany each child attending. Children under 3 are welcome, but this service is aimed at 3-5 year olds and their parents. If you are registering your children for babysitting, you or another adult will need to pick them up, bring them to this service and stay with them. This year babysitters will not be bringing the children to “Miss Patty’s” service. Since we are serving a light snack, we need to know if you are planning on attending, so we can make sure we have enough food for all children attending.
