Nurture Your Jewish Spirit During New Sunday Class

Connecting with others and nurturing our souls are the goals of Susi Frydman-Levin’s new monthly adult-education class, “Nurturing Your Spirit: Enriching Your Jewish Soul,” beginning Sunday, November 4, from 10 a.m. to noon.

“How often in your everyday life do you take time to nurture your soul?” Susi asked. “We take medications, vitamins, we exercise and we try to eat healthy food. What do you do to take care of your soul?”

Rabbis and writers have addressed this topic, she noted, adding that, “We will learn from their writings, speeches and inspirational messages, and we will try to enlighten our lives with their messages in an experiential way.”
