Shabbat Yoga

This special alternative Shabbat program, planned for Saturday, led by Cantor Schlossberg, facilitates a prayerful, spiritual experience for your mind and body, and all are invited to participate. Judaism advocates that while the soul and the body might be separate, these two entities are inseparable. By offering yoga in a Jewish context, we are designating time to consciously find shleimut, balance, in the caring of our souls and bodies. 

Wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing (no tank tops or shorts) that will allow you to stretch and move. If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it with you. We hope you will join us for this unique Shabbat experience!
