I. GOALS
& OBJECTIVES
The High School of Jewish Studies

a sensitivity to Jewish culture - history, literature and arts

student develop a positive Jewish identity, with special attention
to self, family and community
-

seed for commitment - to the local Jewish community, to Israel
and to K'lal Yisrael
-
To provide
an understanding of the different branches of Judaism and the
relationship of Judaism to other religions, cults, etc.
