Musar – Approach to Jewish Ethics

This class will be taught by Dr. Guy Matalon, who will discuss the development of the movement and look at different Musar texts (Ramchal, Salanter etc.) as a way to connect to God.

Dr. Guy Matalon is the Jewish Federation of Omaha Professor of Judaic Studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He also serves as the Director of the Natan and Hannah Schwalb Center for Israel and Jewish studies and the Jewish Federation of Omaha Scholar in Residence.
