Sunday, February 26Parents of 4th and 5th graders, please be sure to fill out the questionnaires you received in the mail and bring a Jewish “hand-me-down” that was passed down in your family to the program.

Class Pictures
Sunday, March 4BESTT class pictures will take place on Sunday during class time. To purchase a picture, please send a check for $10 prior to the photo day. Students in Grades 2-3 and grade 7 should “dress up” in Shabbat style clothing. The picture for grades 2-3 is for their Consecration and the picture for grade 7 is for their graduation.

Purim Carnival – No BESTT Today

11:30 am – 2:00 pmIt’s that time of year again!! Have fun while supporting USY & Kadima with our annual Purim Carnival! Join the fun by playing one of the many games or bouncing on the trampoline or playing in the ping pong tournament or buying raffle tickets. Lunch will also be for sale. There will be booths again this year just for 6 year olds and younger.Wear a costume and you will get 4 free game tickets!

Jewish Service Grant Applications Now Available
Application Deadline: March 15All families considering Jewish summer camp or an Israel experience are encouraged to apply for a Jewish Service Grant. Click here to complete your application online, or click here to download your application. Applications are also available in the BESTT office and on Judy Tully’s desk in the synagogue office. All families, regardless of financial need, are eligible for a Jewish Service Grant. The applicant “repays” the grant in the form of service hours to Beth El Synagogue or to the Talmud Torah. For further information regarding additional financial aid or to have an application sent via email, contact Judy Rubin.
