7:00 PM - 8:00 PMBeth El Synagogue invites you to join host Ken Munzesheimer on Monday, January 25 at 7:00 pm on Zoom, for a discussion of the book “We Stand Divided: The Rift Between American Jews and Israel” By Daniel Gordis.
"We Stand Divided" examines the growing rift between American Jews and Israelis. The author takes readers beyond the headlines and explains how Israel and the United States have different issues ranging from democracy, and history, to religion and identity. Gordis argues that as a first step to healing the breach, the two communities must acknowledge and discuss their profound differences.
