Supplementary Financial Aid Application 2024

This form is to be filled out if additional funds beyond the Service Grant and those funds available from the Jewish Federation of Omaha are required. All information is confidential.

Supplementary Aid Awards are made only in cases of financial need after application is made to the Jewish Federation of Omaha for the maximum needed. Once notification from the Jewish Federation of Omaha is made, Supplementary Aid from Beth El Synagogue will be considered. Please note, the deadline to request aid from the Federation is March 4, 2024. Criteria for acceptance:
The applicant's family must be a primary member of Beth El Synagogue.
The applicant's family must be in good financial standing with the Synagogue.
