Simchat Torah Morning Service

Wednesday, September 29, 2021 23 Tishrei 5782

10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Join us for this fun service as we reach the end of the Torah and begin again. We will also honor our Kallat Torah and Kallat Bereshit.

This year for Simchat Torah, Beth El recognizes congregants who are currently working or have worked in the healthcare field during this time of Covid-19.

For those who aren't able to attend in person, please join us via Live Stream: https://venue.streamspot.com/eb28b85f

Joanna Hochfelder has been named Kallat Bereshit. Joanna has been a steadfast supporter of Beth El services, programming and volunteering for many years.  She enhances Beth El, meanwhile being a full-time clinical counselor to her clients.  We are honored to recognize Joanna for her dedication to Beth El and for her work in health care.

Sandy Passer has been chosen to be the Kallat Torah. Sandy is a very active participant in Beth El services and programming, both in-person and virtually.  She can be counted on to lend her hand to Beth El at a moment’s notice.  Sandy worked in the healthcare profession for many years as a registered nurse. Beth El is privileged to honor Sandy for her support of Beth El and her years of service in the health care arena.

In accordance with the latest CDC guidance, everyone ages 2 and older must wear a mask/face covering while at Beth El regardless of their vaccination status. Click here to learn more about our reopening guidelines.
